Day 15 = very intense 🫣🫣🔥🔥🔥every minute on the minute goes FAST!

I sped up our virtual meet up this morning so you can see in case you haven’t done yours yet. You have to complete 18 banded good mornings in the first minute, whatever time you have left in that minute is your rest time! Then on minute two, you have to complete 20 side by side lunges whatever time is left in minute two is your rest time and so forth all the way to 10 minutes. As you can see we barely had rest time 😎💪🏽🔥 the SWEAT WAS REAL!
