We are officially in Week 2: Strength vs. Endurance and weโre kicking it off with that 40-second ab burner ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฝ
I just want to take a moment to say I am so proud of you all. The consistency, the discipline, and the effort Iโm seeing is exactly what this challenge is about. Yโall are showing up, pushing through, and putting in the workโand it shows!
Remember, this week is about building strength while testing your endurance. When that core starts burning during those 40 secondsโฆ thatโs the work happening. Stay focused, keep breathing, and push through it.
