Week of adjustment

I completed Day 7!


This was a week i had to adjust. I gave bread sugar and juice up this week. By Wednesday I was beginning to struggle I stayed strong though. I did notice that I wasn't overly full from cutting the sugar and bread. I did alot of greens last week. This week going to be soups. Happy start of a new week fitsistas. Love yall
