I completed Day 18! I

I picked the bandit good mornings, the bandit sit-ups, and the flyaways. I chose these because they were the least complicated and easiest to record for me due to the fact that my back is still bothering me and my hip. I got home and I was determined to finish and get my workout in it's been a good week.
