How to do banded standing ab twists (sorry my video did not save so I see it’s not there)
I just made this quick video to show you that move before I head out for the day.
Banded standing ab twists require you to keep your hips forward while rotating your right and left torso while holding the band and pulling it in both directions. The burn 🔥 will be in the front of your core.
