I’m so proud of each and every one of you for choosing to start the year with INTENTION. This challenge isn’t about perfection, competition, or prizes — it’s about showing up for yourself, building confidence, and creating habits that actually stick.


For the next few weeks we’re keeping it SIMPLE:

✔️ No alcohol

✔️ At least one salad a day

✔️ Step n’ Twerk or any cardio for 30 minutes

✔️ 10,000 steps daily

I got it in Wednesday... So much I slept the evening away... Lol went strength training with Sonja at 5am 😁💪🏾 We did all glutes... 🍑Lunges, weighted donkey kicks/squats/hip thrusts, dead lifts 🥵 AND shoveled snow!

I felt good and accomplished!

Before the night ends ..

Today has been a day. I did a lot of cardio while working a lot of lifting a lot of trudging through the snow. To keep my energy up at 8:00 a bowl of grapes they were quite refreshing actually. Tomorrow is supposed to be colder so please wrap up ladies if you're going out pray for me because I'll be out in the elements until then I'll see you soon I hope your day was productive 💪🏾

✨ WEEK 3 MID-WEEK CHECK INNNN! ✨

Hey y’all 😎💜 I just wanted to pop in and check on my people because we are officially in WEEK 3 and YESSS we still outside (even if it’s cold 😂❄️)

So listen… I did NOT prep this week and guess what? That’s OKAY.


Sunday I gave my body REST — like real rest. I stayed in the bed ALL day and I needed that. And I’m learning that rest is part of the journey too 🫶🏽

Now as far as my salads… I’ve still been getting them in ✅🥗

I have been getting cardio in double with snow shoveling the last few days. Keeping the steps going with dance hustling and shoveling too. I have not had salad in a few days BUT eating smaller portions and drinking water, water and more water. Today my body is sore but it's ok. Gotta push thru because there is now MORE snow..today though...snowblowing time. Still getting cardio. Stay safe if out traveling and stay confident on this ConFITdance journey!
