Today we officially kick off the New Year, More Confidence Challenge and I’m excited to see everyone LOCK IN 🔥

Day 1 is NOT about being perfect. It’s about starting.

Your goals for today are simple:

✔️ Move your body for at least 30 minutes (Step n’ Twerk or any cardio)

✔️ Eat at least one salad

✔️ Stay alcohol-free

More Confitdance is just that MORE... ❤️ mind, body & soul... The older I get the more I want to show up in any room with that same sway I had in the past and carrying around extra pounds and aches/ pains is not it! Let's go!
