1️⃣ All participants must upload a before photo (Nov 3–4) and an after photo (Nov 27–29).2️⃣ Workouts are due daily Monday–Friday. You must upload a video in the app on the same day you complete the workout — no late uploads accepted.3️⃣ You must also mark your workout as complete in the Online Program section each day.4️⃣ Only daily uploads count toward challenge completion.5️⃣ Top 3 participants who complete all required uploads and show visible progress will win cash prizes.6️⃣ Keep all videos respectful and in a clear area where your movements can be seen.7️⃣ Be positive! Encourage each other in the app group chat — no negativity.
