Whew! Week 1 is officially wrapping up and I just want to say — I’m proud of y’all! 💃🏽 You showed up, pushed through, and proved you’re serious about this challenge. But listen… just because it’s Friday doesn’t mean we chillin’ 😏

Use this day to push yourself a little harder. Every bit counts toward your progress.

Workouts must be completed on the day they’re due — no late submissions, no makeups.but you can still participate to challenge yourself.
Keep your videos saved for now! We’ll start collecting them as soon as we finalize things with our website host today. Once that’s ready, you’ll upload all your challenge videos right through here for tracking.

Eating is 80% of the challenge, so make sure you’re on the right path and eating clean, follow the meal plan and PREPARE meals ahead of time so you don’t fall Off, .
