NO Games NOvember

I finished NO Games NOvember! 🚀 Well to close off my November, I will say this. I don't have a great before and after story because my before is in my past and my after has no ending. This is a story and a chapter that I think I'm going to continue to write about until I just can't write anymore. It wasn't the pictures that made me reflect on was it worth it it was the conversations that we have in class. The impact that we've made on each other when showing up and how we motivate each other to push ourselves to be greater. It's the tears, the anxiety, the prayers, the hugs and the twerk sessions 🤣 It's the support that makes me say yes it was definitely worth it, I'm worth it. Reflecting back on the videos and the routines and where we been and how far we have come. These are the things that make me strive to be a better me. You ladies are the reason I try to be a better me because no matter how hard I am on myself you hold me accountable but you also remind me that grace is always needed. I thank you for the experience. I thank you for the talks, the motivation, and most of all the sisterhood. Because behind closed doors you never know what how one statement changes a person's Outlook on themselves. And for that I thank you and I'm looking forward to our next challenge.
