Welcome to PUSH THROUGH WITH CONFITDANCE 💜

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this space is for us to show up for ourselves—mentally and physically.

This is more than a workout.This is about pushing through real life.

Some days will be easy.Some days will feel heavy.But every day, we show up anyway.

DAILY TASKS

Each day you will complete:

  • 10 pushups (or wall pushups)

  • 10 squats

  • 30-second stretch

  • 3 deep breaths

  • 1 positive affirmation

That’s it. Simple. Intentional. Powerful.

HOW THIS GROUP WORKS
