I completed Day 5! Good morning ladies. Thank you for a day of rest. My body is definitely feeling this weeks 7am classes. I will continue with a 5k step workout today to keep the body moving and include some tricep exercises from our training. Happy Friday💪💪. Ohhh and I’m gonna practice the routine assignment for the party😊
