1. Complete the Workout of the Day (Dec 1–24).
Each workout is 10–20 minutes and must be completed on the assigned day. No doubling up or skipping days.
2. Upload Your Daily Proof.
A daily photo or video must be submitted inside the Online Program to confirm completion (selfie, screenshot, or short clip).
3. Attend Your Weekly ConFITdance Classes.
Regular in-studio or virtual classes count as your main workouts. Fit-mas workouts are additional burners to maximize results.
4. Morning Zoom Sessions Are Optional.
Zoom begins Tuesday, December 2nd, running Monday–Thursday at 7:00 AM.
Encouraged for accountability, but not required.
5. Practice Healthy Eating Habits.
Focus on balanced, nutritious meals, lean protein, vegetables, fruits, and mindful portion sizes.
Avoid fast food and late-night overeating.
6. Replace Sweets + Chips with Fruit + Water.
To stay aligned with the challenge, choose fruit or healthy alternatives when cravings hit.
Keep a bottle of water nearby and sip throughout the day.
7. Minimal to No Alcohol.
Alcohol should be very limited or avoided during the challenge.
The ONLY exception is the ConFITdance Client Appreciation Party.
8. Use Your ConFITdance Studio Bands.
Bands are required for most workouts. Bodyweight may be mixed in, but bands should be used whenever listed.
9. Stay Hydrated.
Drink 80 oz of water daily unless medically restricted.
10. Follow the Weekly Themes.
Each week has a specific focus (Sleigh Season Starter, Holiday Hustle, Trim the Tree Week, Final Sleigh).
Complete the tasks tied to that theme for consistency.
11. Consistency Is Non-Negotiable.
Daily check-ins must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST.
Late submissions are not accepted to keep the challenge fair for all.
12. Submit Your Final Progress Photo.
Submit your final Fit-mas photo on December 24th.
Wear thesame outfitas Day 1 for accurate comparison.
13. Integrity Matters.
Cheating, false submissions, backdating, or disrespectful behavior results in immediate disqualification.
14. Commit + Have Fun.
This challenge is built to help you stay disciplined, consistent, and confident all holiday season.
