🔥 CONFITDANCE MARCH MADNESS – WEEK 2 🔥

We are officially in Week 2: Strength vs. Endurance and we’re kicking it off with that 40-second ab burner 🔥💪🏽


I just want to take a moment to say I am so proud of you all. The consistency, the discipline, and the effort I’m seeing is exactly what this challenge is about. Y’all are showing up, pushing through, and putting in the work—and it shows!


Remember, this week is about building strength while testing your endurance. When that core starts burning during those 40 seconds… that’s the work happening. Stay focused, keep breathing, and push through it.


Keep going CONFITDANCERS! Let’s keep this momentum strong and finish Week 2 powerful. 🩷💜

March madness crew

Finished but missed a few days

I completed Day 30!

Physically I feel stronger. The pushups to a lunge I was really worried about because I always felt my upper body strength wasn’t much but I’m actually kinda strong. I do feel a bit more flexible as well.

Mentally I’m proud of myself because I’m always up for a challenge and with some of the exercises my endurance stood out that surprised me.

The hardest part would be completing the challenges. I did play catch up once but these last few I missed I just didn’t do them because mentally I wasn’t there.

I’m proud of myself teaching my 1st class

That gave me so much anxiety and stress but I did it.
