Finished but missed a few days
I completed Day 30!
Physically I feel stronger. The pushups to a lunge I was really worried about because I always felt my upper body strength wasn’t much but I’m actually kinda strong. I do feel a bit more flexible as well.
Mentally I’m proud of myself because I’m always up for a challenge and with some of the exercises my endurance stood out that surprised me.
The hardest part would be completing the challenges. I did play catch up once but these last few I missed I just didn’t do them because mentally I wasn’t there.

That gave me so much anxiety and stress but I did it.
It’s more than one thing I want to continue working on moving forward but if I have to choose it would be flexibility!
