Core is weak 😭😭😭

I completed Day 4-(Check-In)!

Hardest day so far. Wanted to tap out on those side plank dips . Advice to the ladies if you ever start strength training (I.e) using weights and progressive overload, don’t ever stop. Body weight I obviously harder but I really feel out of shape due to not weight training for months 😤
