Day 6-8= 150 squats 😬 today was catch up day and the glutes 🍑 are throbbing. I opted for 10lb dumbbells since I had to do so many but may go back to the 15” tomorrow. Let’s get it ladies. I want this booty up and out. Dump truck ok😘 have a good night ladies✌️
