For myself personally, this was me getting back on track and staying consistent to reach my goals. I started at 238.9 and this morning I am 234.6. Wooo hooooo.🥳


Try not to go into today binge eating and going crazy. Cause what was the reason?!😂

Well I did lose a couple pounds so that's a plus.. I am continuing my intermittent fasting from 12pm 8pm...with healthy choices.. It has gotten me from 212 to 196 since April. I fell strong and conFITdant that's to these classes... Thank you Tiara
