I swear I’ve been the bathroom to pee so many times today and yesterday. For breakfast and lunch I’ve been eating fruit, mostly watermelon, I feel like this is causing to pee so much.

The struggle is real 😂😂😂But we got this. yall realize it’s almost 2pm. We are almost done with Day 1
Yes I had to take a nap! lol my body is like ma’am oh you trying to be healthy huh?
My food for breakfast, lunch and snack. I had raw protein mixed with water. Currently not hungry but if i get hungry , I will eat my fruit.
My homemade dressing is delicious. 😋

Remember it’s mind over body! 💪🏽push through those urges and make a plan that you can maintain these 3 days. Even if you eat MORE “meals” (salads, smoothies, etc.) that’s okay. Give your body the fuel it needs. 🔥
Try to avoid lots of caffeine. If you need a cup of coffee ☕️, drink it PLAIN 🗣️🗣️🗣️ no sugar no cream! Let it go for these next 3 days.
Try to make homemade salad dressings instead of using the bottled ones. AVOID cream dressings at all costs (ranch, Caesar, French, Catalina, and so on).

Yes the watermelon will do that because it’s full of water! 💦 if it becomes too much, decrease your intake and switch to some other fruits 🍉 like apple, plums. Pineapple 🍍
