Itβs Day 1!
Remember itβs mind over body! πͺπ½push through those urges and make a plan that you can maintain these 3 days. Even if you eat MORE βmealsβ (salads, smoothies, etc.) thatβs okay. Give your body the fuel it needs. π₯
Try to avoid lots of caffeine. If you need a cup of coffee βοΈ, drink it PLAIN π£οΈπ£οΈπ£οΈ no sugar no cream! Let it go for these next 3 days.
Try to make homemade salad dressings instead of using the bottled ones. AVOID cream dressings at all costs (ranch, Caesar, French, Catalina, and so on).

Yes the watermelon will do that because itβs full of water! π¦ if it becomes too much, decrease your intake and switch to some other fruits π like apple, plums. Pineapple π
