I completed CREATE YOUR GOALS FOR THE MONTH & AFFIRMATIONS! I am eliminating bread!!! I only had to eat it for the baby but I am no longer having morning sickness 🙌🏽🙌🏽😩 I would like to lose at least 5-10 lbs (okay per the doctor) I went and got me some red potatoes, wild rice, chia seeds, overnight oats, Greek yogurt and ground turkey!!!
