AS WE START THE CHALLENGE PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. MUST POST IN THE GROUP (THROUGH THE APP) AT LEAST 3 TIMES EACH WEEK (SMALL VIDEOS OF YOU DOING THE PHYSICAL CHALLENGE).

2. PARTICIPATE AT LEAST 3 TIMES PER WEEK FOR THE ENTIRE CHALLENGE THIS MONTH TO BE CONSIDERED for prizes.

  1. Eliminate sweets, candy, chips and highly processed foods.

 INCENTIVES ARE GIVEN BASED ON PARTICIPATION LEVELS.

  1. Equipment Needed during the challenge: ConFITdance Resistance Bands/ Dumbbells

  2. Optional (FREE meal plan provided if you would like a BIG PUSH. A fit body starts in the kitchen. So I am giving you free game! ❤️

EACH WEEK THERE ARE DIFFERENT EXERCISES (OR DANCE WORKOUTS)
