Remember — consistency beats motivation every time. Some days you’ll feel like it, some days you won’t… but we show up ANYWAY. That’s what separates the people who talk about results from the people who actually get them.
Reminder that to be considered for prizes during this program you have to post your video the day of that exercise and/or challenge. 🤗
